Two things 1) Why does super saiyan god look so much like kaioken. 2) At the end of the bills and goku fight, why did Goku automatically go back to ssj god even though bill's blast was about to kill him. |

1. Plot. It simply does. 2. It placates to the viewer. You wouldn't want him to use an inferior form to defeat an enemy in a movie that introduces a newer, more powerful one. Otherwise the entire purpose of introducing it wouldn't make sense, and would be a waste of time. |

1)Plot wise design by Toriyama 2)because it was the right thing to do actually unless you wanted him to stop it at base which is ruduculous considering the form was already introduced

Red aura is the only similarity between Super Saiyan God and Kaioken.. What im wondering is, are you asking this from the point of view of inside the universe or outside? |

IT. DOESN'T. LOOK. LIKE. KAIO-KEN. They both use the color red. That's all. Kaio-Ken Super Saiyan God The Kaio-Ken has a bright crimson aura that casts a slight red tint on Goku's body. Super Saiyan God actually changes Goku's hair and eyes, nothing else, to be red, and has a crazy golden-orange fiery aura. |

This! I don't et it why people think Kaioken=SSjG I have saw this both on Facebook and youtube there are no real similarities except colour wait which is still not exactly the same fans wanted the "golden fan art of SSjG"and it looks like a SSj4 still a copy.... |

Ssj god doesn't look kaioken. Other than using the color red, they don't look anything alike |

We even know the precise reason why Toriyama used red for Super Saiyan God. He said it's just because it's a strong-looking color. That's all. It's probably the same reason he used it for Kaio-Ken. So there's an out-of-universe reason for why the designs for Kaio-Ken and Super Saiyan God both use the color red, but there's no in-universe connection between them at all. |
