SSJ4 Goku (Baby) is way way stronger than SBV2. That's proven. SSJ2 Vegeta (Super 17) could be as strong as as SBV2, not increasing anything, while Goku could be about the same power as his Baby arc counterpart. Super 17 doesn't have to be a lot stronger than Golden Ape SBV2.

Well Vegeta kept the boost of Baby and he's base is at SBV2 I know its sounds riduculous lol but somehow Goku gained a lot of power to since he's SSj is above SSj2 Vegeta who is close to SSj4 Goku Baby saga level I personally think its plot wise

Note: In the dub, Vegeta says No.17's power is so pathetic that he couldn't fight off a cold on his best day. Mu says No.17 is only running at half strength.

Well I think Hell Fighter 17 should be above Base Vegeta Emmeth proved it in my opinion watching the dub makes you think that Vegeta is well above Hell 17 another sub error here

Goku SSJ4 (FP Baby / S17 / SD)> SSJ4 Goku (Baby) = Baby Vegeta (Super Ohzaru)> SSJ3 Goku (S17)> SSJ2 Goku (S17)> SSJ Goku (S17)> SSJ2 Vegeta (S17)> Base Goku (S17) = Vegeta SSJ (S17)> Base Vegeta (S17) = SBV2.
