Tarble states that Aba and cado are powerful enough to take on the likes of Freeza. Now, we would assume by logical and understandable means that this is first form Freeza. The problem with this is the fact that Goku treats these opponents like good work for Goten and Trunks. Ava and Cado: 530,000 Base Goten and Trunks: 530,000 SSJ Goten and Trunks: 26,500,000 You can see the problem here right now with Goten and Trunks being this week. 100% Freeza is already at a level that surpasses this level of power. Obviously considering SSJ Goten/Trunks>>No. 18, regardless of whether or not Tarble was speaking about first form Freeza or not, it's clear when Goku makes his notion, he's thinking about 100% Freeza. Which again with the whole Base kids giving No. 18 a fight and all that, this still doesn't make much sense either but its far better than assuming that Aba and Cado are just over First Form Freeza and trying to imply the base kids are on this level when they clearly aren't.

You're quite right but some people take the weaker than Frieza line literally

Lol nope I have Abo and Cabo on Friezas 100% level because if that's true then SSj Kids are still nowere near 100% Frieza!also I have saw some rules on the forum that we should always assume the strongest form to be true

Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	The kids are the weakest of the present characters who could defeat 100% Freeza. Goku expects them to probably at least have fun with the fight as Super Saiyans. But Avo and Cado are even weaker than Goku expects, being actually comparable to 1st-form Freeza, so once the kids get into their groove, the red-and-blue duo gets their butts kicked. There you go. Perfectly valid explanation that fits with Battle of Gods' revelation about the Saiyans compared to Freeza.

Well I don't buy the whole saiyans weaker than Frieza in base Goku was Surpressed in my opinion you can't check someone's power just by touching he's muscles
