He still couldn't use KK but he would actually obtain Goku's base pl. Vegeta post Recoome Zenkai could fight Ginyu-Goku in a cool fight. Plus,the zenkai would make more sense b/c it would show Vegeta around 100,000 before the nap so the gain wouldn't be too weird. Honestly, I think the reason Ginyu-Goku was given a 23,000 pl was so Krillin and Gohan could have someone against whom to fight.
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

Yeah I think so they gave Ginuy that little power level so that he can fight with Krillin and Kid Gohan even if Ginuy did had acess at Gokus full power I still don't think he would beat Vegeta Imo

Yeah for sur I have Vegeta at the 90.000 thousand range but I personally place him at 100.000 so yeah it would be one hell of a fight that would be really enjoyable to watch for sure
