How many times stronger is Baby Vegeta Super Ohzaru on SBV2?

But I'm starting to think a way Ohzaru Artificial born, must be much more than 10 times stronger than its base. Whereas Base Goku (vs If Xing Long) was >>> SSJ2 Vegeta (SD). Then we saw Vegeta Great Ape (SD) choking Goku SSJ4 (Overcoming the limits). So it must mean that a form born Artificial Ohzaru must be much more than 10 times more powerful. As Super Baby Vegeta Great Ape is >>>>>>> 10 times SBV2. Am I right?

Vegeta was part of the Golden Oozaru process Baby went through, so is that the reason the Blutz Waves worked for him when Bulma made him SSj4? Also, I don't think SSJ4 is 50x SBV2. At most, I'd say 10x.
