Why didn't King Kai teach other z Fighters Kaioken?

Well according to the Daiz (#7 I believe), Tien does know the Kaioken. So it's very well possible that he learned it if you believe it.

I wouldn't believe this one. If he could use it, he would have used it during the Cell Jr fight. The fact that he doesn't supports that he can't and its even less likely that he would have learnt the technique afterwords as there would be little reason for him to.

king kai actually could use the technique. he just couldn't master it. there's a difference. all the statements he made, however, implied that he did have some proficiency with the kaioken, and had some limited use for it. but not up to the full 2x normal power that goku was capable of using.

Thanks for the correction. I really had thought King Kai just had the foundations for the techniques and knew how they would work in theory but just couldn't pull it off himself. It is possible I guess that the humans had the same problems as King Kai.
