Poor showing last week guys. 53 replies? Just feel bad about yourselves, no pat on the back. Just punches to the face. I need 54 replies or you are all dead. Anyway, looking like a good week. Hope my Giants get it done again! |

Century links is not even a matter of how good a team is. Week 1/2/3 were clearly learning steps for the offense. Greg roman has unleashed Kaepernick. No, i don't consider week 2/3 having any bearing on our team now |

They do have baring though because you keep saying that a team that is 7-1 and has beaten some good teams is overrated, yet the 49ers aren't? How does that make any sense. They've played the same teams. Your argument is that winning by a lot of points is better that winning by a couple when a win=win. |

Those teams that you stated that are at 500. are the same ones that the Seahawks have faced so far. So your basically stating that the Seahwaks are overrated cuz they beat those same teams? Cuz in all honesty the only 2 contenders the Shecawks faced were the Colts which was a LOSS and the Niners in which they played when the niners where still finding themselves. And since you wanna base this argument on a game that happened 6 games and 2 months ago then sure lets go ahead and discuss, In week two the Seahawks faced a niner team that was lost offensively and it didn't help that they played at C-link, the only valid receiver the niners had was Boldin who was being double teamed. And that box score is extremely misleading, the 49ers defense held the seahawks to only ONE TD for the first 3 quarters, after that the defense just got tired and let up in the 4th quarter due to the fact that the offense was clearly lost. The same goes for when the Niners played the Colts the score was misleading, the niners held the Colts to only once again ONE TD for an entirety of THREE QUARTERS! After that in the 4th q the niners just subbed and the defense let up due to the fact that the niners where lost offensively, and couldn't get ANYTHING going. That same Colts team DESTROYED the Seahawks in ALL 4 quarters! Thats why the Niners defense while beat up missing their all pro pass rusher ALL DONE SMITH, starting NT Ian Wiliiams, and all pro LB Patrick Willis are still a much superior defense than that fake "legion of boom"... lol *TURNING POINT* It all turned around, in the next game when the Niners played the Rams, and the Rams at that time were 10x healthier they had Bradford and their entire healthy defense, yet that same team that almost beat the Seahwaks and should have beat the seahawks, the Niners DESTROYED! defensively shut down Bradford, and Rams defense was obliterated by the Niners run game and passing game. Niners blew out the Rams unlike those fakers the Shecawk, the Niners scored FIVE TD's and ran a route to beat them with the score of 35-11!! The same goes for the Texans that should have beat the Seahwaks if it wasn't for Matt "POTATO" Shaub throwing a pick 6 in the last 2 minutes of the game! *SMH* It's sad really cuz the Texans TORE up that glorified poop of a defense of seattle... Stupid Shaub! Oh wait what? the Titans also came close to beating the Shecawks in the C-link also? yes that Titans team that almost beat the Seahawks also got demolished by the 49ers, in the Titans OWN HOME! lol Thats just an assumption really, besides I'm confident he won't, this year the Niners focused on special teams and are LOCK DOWN on kick returns! If what I stated above still isn't enough evidence that the Shecawks are overrated... Then idk what you guys are watching on sundays... Cuz its pretty clear. Pookie wookie you can't base an entire season on ONE game, if that were true then the Giants should be drafting with the number one pick in the draft, yet they turned a corner and won 2 straight games and are only TWO games back. Legit, I can't say this enough. C-Links gives the Seahawks such a homefield advantage its obnoxious. Why does everyone assume the seahawks winning at home makes them unbeatable? LOl |

Fulgore, 99.8 against the Jags is good, but it isn't anything to get all riled up about. |

Uhh.. The Jags have the hardest schedule this season. You can't exactly call them a s***ty team when they've played the best. (not to mention, no other team that's beaten the Jags has come REMOTELY close to 99.8(This is .2 off of PERFECTION.) Go ahead, try and sell KAepernick short. I don't care. He's record 99.0 and 99.8 back-to-back. Edited by Fulgore, Oct 30 2013, 08:34 PM.

The Giants were said to be the worst team of all time by fulgore, yet the jaguars are, who lost to the 49ers despite their record of 0-8, he feels sorry for. Oh boy I love the biased opinions in the topic from 49ers fans. |

Jags are one of the worst teams ive seen in years. But fine, he did have a great game. But to pride your team on a win against the JAGS is stupid dude. They suck. |

Biased opinion by niner fans? @ me or don't throw that 3rd grade subliminal stuff at me. I just joined this discussion a couple posts back, so if you gonna @ me it better be on that. If you want my opinion on the Jags... They suck. @MrGohan While I do agree that priding yourself over a win against the Jags isn't great, but those guys are PROS, its just bad coaching, and no QB, the Jags do have weapons... MJD, and Blackmon are some. But overall, thru the entirety of the current NFL season Kaep has the 3rd best total QBR at 75.2 for the entire season not just one game. So overall with the little WR help he does have which is basically just A. Boldin I'd say Kaep worked with what he's got and its working out 6-2 and reinforcement still coming. +WR, Michael Crabtree +WR, Mario Manningham +OLB, Aldon Smith +DE, Tank Carradine +CB, Eric Wright +100% Patrick Willis +100% Vernon Davis Edited by Volt the Mean, Oct 30 2013, 09:23 PM.

What....The Hawks have a top 5 total defense still, dunno how they got exposed. Kellen Clemons passed for 150 yards dude, I don't know how that is ripping on the seahawks secondary. TY Hilton had his best game of the season against the Hawks, every other game he hasn't done that well. Hawks have held the Panthers to 7 pts, 49ers to 3, Jags to 17 (garbage time points), Texans put up a pretty good 20 pts on them, 34 to a very very talented Colts team, 13 verus the Titans, 22 versus the cardinals (7 of those points were again in garbage time), and 9 versus the Rams. As for them not being able to cover shifty receivers, I'm not really sure what that means. A speedster? Cause I find it more impressive when they limit a more talented player like Andre Johnson rather than being able to stop a WR2, who benefits from Reggie Wayne taking away coverage in the first place. Not to mention, theree a pretty damn good QB out in Indy lol. That guy Luck? He's a pretty good player haha. How exactly is their defense being exposed? BTW, like the 49ers, the Hawks receiving core is also banged up right now with Harvin and all. Unlike the 49ers, three of the Hawks top o line men are injured...They aren't even at their best right now and have still only lost one game.
If the Hawks defense forced a fumble, they did their job. If they got a pick 6, they did their job. How is it lucky fhat they were able to create turnovers to win the game? Zuerlein missed a 50 yd fg, it's not like thats a gimme fg anyway. N
Player A: 169-286, 59% completion percentage. 1794 yards on the season, 221 ypg average. 9 TDs to 4 picks Player B: 125-205, 61% completion percentage, 1628 tards, 203.5 YPG, 13 tds to 4 interceptions. Player A is Smith, Player B is Russell Wilson. Not too differently. Wilson has passed less and they are still winning games. Seems like a talented team to me. Also, this was basically Beast Mode's worst game, and his only bad game at that. Gore's first 3 games were all bad. BTW, Sidney Rice is pretty terrible, I actually think its a blessing in disguise, more snaps for a more talented Doug Baldwin. Edit - I find it unfair that you can say that the 49ers team isn't even fully together when neither is the Seahawks. Breno Giancomini, Russell Okung, and banged up Max Unger along with Percy Harvin are all missing. Three top o line men and a possible number one wide receiver when healthy. The 49ers are also not at 100%, yet they are 6-2. The Hawks are not at 100%, yet they are 7-1. A win is a win is a win is a win, whether it's the postseason regular season, preseason offseason lol.
