Piccolo thought that an army of super saiyans could not defeat Boo, so I doubt their attacks would stack like this.

Not to be rude, but this actually made me laugh. Scientifically, ki can't be explained. Also more often than not, ki from two different sources clashes, not combines.

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

If it's the same Ki manipulation as when they lend energy to each other then it could work. Ki isn't black and white. It's way more complex, in my opinion.
