Well something I just noticed don't you think SSj2 multiplier of 5x times is a bit much and I would have Vegeta pre rosat slightly above what you have him

Only natural to have them at that level during that time.

Gohan was actually stronger than Cell in their fight, Cell was only faster but his attacks were doing no real damage.
