Super Saiyan among Super Saiyans Posts: 3,294 Group: Member Member #7,044 Joined: December 7, 2011 Gender Male Country United States Favourite Anime Dragonball Z, Avatar	Lately I've seen in many versus topics that Cell is stated to win pretty much all the time against anyone b/c of his regen and skills. Let me grant this, Cell can beat most opponents at equal powers (excluding haxxed ones like Buu). However, I think sometimes Cell is given too much credit than due. Goku was almost able to beat a Cell who had a slight power advantage. This leads me to believe that at equal powers, Goku, Vegito, and maybe Vegeta would be able to beat Cell w/ high difficulty. Thoughts?
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

IMO no, Cell still can do everything Goku and Vegeta can do + more, Cell still has regeneration, I don't think Anyone can beat Cell except people like Super Yi Xing Long, Buuhan, etc.

Goku never almost beat Cell, even after pushing himself down to a rivaling level of Goku's power, Cell had a very clear advantage over Goku, described as being one to two steps ahead of Goku. Even after having his power severely diminished he was still willing to take Goku on if Goku ate a Senzu while he himself remained heavily out of stamina because of the battle. There's pretty much nothing Goku can't do that Cell can't do plus more and it goes the same for other characters as well. He's got not only the people's techniques at his dispoals but he's got their skills and intelligence. You put these all together and you take as I've mentioned before PIS and CIS off and you either need someone with greater skills and powers and/or haxed abilities. But that doesn't change the fact that Equal PL's Buuhan > Cell, because I think Ability > Skill, this is my opinion.

Basically this. Cell's full power kamehameha was not even able to overthrow a kamehameha from 50% Gohan. Cell should be 2x stronger than Gohan in power here, yet he couldn't even wipe out his attack.
