Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	So we usually go by the notion of Base Gotenks (Post)>SSJ Gotenks (Pre)>SSj3 Goku>Base Gotenks (Pre) SSj3 Goku>Base Gotenks (Pre) is supported by feats. SSj Gotenks (Pre)> SSJ3 Goku is supported by statements. But then we get to Base Gotenks (Post)>SSJ Gotenks (Pre) and after thinking about it...why? Is there any reason Base Gotenks should have achieved a level higher than his Pre-SSJ form. Let's note that until the ROSAT, Gotenks had never once transformed into a Super Saiyan, so people only had a read on his base. When Gotenks first fuses inside the ROSAT, Piccolo is amazed and actually has a build up of confidence. Therefore we do know that Base Gotenks Base (Post)>SSj3 Goku>Base Gotenks (Pre) the statements support this. However, does this actually mean that Base Gotenks has surpassed his SSJ Form before the ROSAT? From what I can see, not necessarily. The difference between the likes of Gotenks (Pre) and Fatty was left at a difference that we just know he was outmatched. We do not know the specific difference between them. Considering the expressively short amount of time Gotenks spent in the ROSAT, would it not be better to say that Base Gotenks surpassed his initial base form from before, but still remained behind his (Pre-SSJ form) until transforming in the ROSAT? Piccolo knew that SSJ Gotenks Pre could take care of Fat Boo, and was stronger than SSJ 3 Goku. That much is backed up by statements. But we also know that Super Boo was initially a lot stronger than Fat Boo ever was. The kids saw this Super Boo on the lookout, and when they were done training in the rosat they thought they would be as strong as him in base. Piccolo honestly backs this up by how excited he was when he saw Gotenks form. He should remember how strong SSJ Gotenks Pre was when he was considering Gotenks' strength, so I see no reason for Base Gotenks Post to be weaker than SSJ Gotenks Pre.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Good point SSj2, I had honestly forgot about Gotenks fusing as an SSJ that one time before the ROSAT. And thus it does make sense that Piccolo would remember that then compare that Gotenks to the Base Gotenks in the ROSAT. So obviously if Pre Gotenks alone wasn't enough to take on Initial Super Boo but Piccolo was confident that Base Gotenks (Post) could. Then yeah, I'd have to concede to that notion. so **** whatever I said at the top there.

Posts: 1,040 Group: Member Member #10,132 Joined: September 6, 2013	Yeah, Piccolo thought pre rosat ssj Gotenks stands no chance against initial super buu. and inside the rosat he said Gotenks might stand a chance so therefore post rosat Base Gotenks>pre rosat Ssj Gotenks.
	Super Buu: So, hotshot! You want to fight Majin Buu? Gohan: Fight you? No. I wanna kill you!

Well he said that small gains separately=Huge gains in fusion and Base Gotenks post being above their Pre rosat counterpart is not that starge and also Goku has experienced SSj Gotenks pre and said he doesn't stand a change against Super Buu but Base Hitenks post have a change thus meaning Base Gotenks post rosat>SSj Gotenks pre rosat
