Goku vs Vegeta pre-Oozarus is the best fight; hands down

Posts: 1,078 Group: Member Member #8,530 Joined: November 6, 2012	Having been rewatching this fight several times recently(ocean dub) I gotta say this is the best fight of all. It's not too long, zero boring moments and it has different kinds of elements, incredible animation(seriously the camera angles and fighting in mid air during Kaioken is incredible, so is the beam struggle) great dialogue and of cource Vegeta fighting Goku gives it a little extra something. The music selection fit perfectly plus Brian Drummond and Peter Kalamis did an awesome, awesome job and really put everything they had into it. Your thoughts? Well it depends if its the whole Goku vs Vegeta yes but of its just Kaioken Goku vs Vegeta I don't know if that alone would be first although it would definelty be at the top-5 battles in anime history in my opinion

Lol I'm with you SuperSaiyan 1993 but I like the fact that many of us don't think Goku vs Frieza as one of the best fights and SSj2 Goku vs SSj2 Majin Vegeta is one of the best ones

Ian Corlett voices Goku in the Ocean dubbed Saiyan Saga. Peter Kelamis didn't take over until halfway through the Namek saga during Goku's spaceship training. Yes this is a great fight. Not my absolute favourite but it's up there for sure. It's short and sweet and I agree the music by Shuki Levy was great in the early Ocean episodes. The beam struggle in particular was incredible in the Ocean dub. Especially Vegeta's maniac laugh. Edited by 90sDBZ, Oct 21 2013, 02:03 PM.
