Who can she beat? (I realize some shadow dragons are weaker, but I didn't feel like listing them all)

I have a pan in the Saga of "Qi Xing Long" reaching its limit. At this point I have to defeating Pan SBV2 easily to but losing very easily against Super Baby Vegeta Great Ape.
