He's within reach of Gotenks in power to make his skill worthy and he's smarter than Gotenks. And since BOGT Goku is in the Toei business, that helps him that much more for a victory after a long and clashing match.

I think it's at that point that he starts to gain at a tremendous rate. Honestly there are just too many people who are introduced that are stronger than the last, and Goku gradually is able to match each.

Since I have Redjic at a 1.2x advantage over Base Goku, and also about even with SSJ3 Gotenks (possibly slightly weaker) then Goku at stronger than Super Boo works for me.
