Also between 17 and 18. 17 himself states he is the strongest android in the world, and boasting too. 18 never argues, and I'd think that indicates a bigger gap. I could be wrong, of course.

For all we know, they might be firing a 80% powered ki blast.

Mightiest Gohan Oct 15 2013, 09:44 PM Honestly, I have him even above Imperfect cell post absorbtions so he beats android 20 easily. The kids would be tanking #18 at that level. They weren't. They can be stronger, but there's still a limit to how high you can go. Checked some old list of mine and Pui Pui was a lot higher on it. I don't think there's any need to have Pui Pui any more than just weak enough to get easily done in by Base Vegeta (i.e., no need to have Pui Pui multiple times weaker), and since Vegeta ought to be above #18 by good amount, Pui Pui'll end up well above #20 as a result. There's a line that suggests that ssj kids in the costume aren't far above 18: Trunks: “Either way, we’re at a disadvantage in this getup, so we’ve got no choice but to settle this with a kiai cannon!” If they're at a disadvantage even as ssj in the costume then 18 can't be within stomping range of even their ssj forms in he costume, yet their base forms in the costume were fighting amazingly well with her already.

Posts: 39,342 Group: Legend Member #5,088 Joined: August 1, 2010 Gender Not Specified Country Chile	Pui-Pui < Stage 2 Fighter << Base Vegeta < Yakon =/< Base Goku That's what's implied by Dabura's reaction to Babidi bringing him out so early after Pui-Pui's utter demise, and by Vegeta being weaker than a Goku who wasn't outwardly more powerful than Yakon in Base. Nonetheless, I'd give this to Pui-Pui.

I doubt he is any stronger than saiyan saga vegeta. Kaioshin being "afraid" of him means nothing. Kaioshin couldn't accurately judge power levels to save his life. He was cautious about fighters like pui pui and yakon even after having sensed gohan's ssj2 power at the budokai, and gohan is standing right next to him in babadi's ship! This tells me kaioshin sucks at judging power levels. Android 20 curbstomps. Edited by kuartus4, Oct 16 2013, 03:30 AM.

Seems......... unlikely. But even if that was the case, kaioshin is still no good at power levels. He had no idea pui pui was no match for vegeta. Goku had no trouble figuring it out.
