Pui Pui vs Android 20 (post absorptions)

Is Android 20 the highest tiered character that Pui Pui can beat?

The kids were on par with Android 18, and the adults are around 2x stronger than them. Yakon was stronger than Pui Pui, and was equal to Base Goku. Imperfect Cell is much more than 2x stronger than Android 18, making him even stronger than Yakon.

And I agree with your placement. So you have him rivalling Android 18, or somewhere in that range? I always found it hard to pinpoint Pui Pui's power level.

The kids are equal to 18, and the kids should also be around Cell Games Vegeta level in strength. Gohan is still a fair amount stronger than them, despite getting a lot weaker. Goku/Vegeta (Majin) are also a fair amount stronger than Kid Gohan as well. CG Vegeta: 70 CG Goku: 100 CG Gohan: 130 BS Gohan: 110 BS Goku: 150 Kids: 70 Edit: never mind, saw your edit lol. It's only after they came out of the RoSaT when they were under 2x weaker than the adults. On topic, I have Kaioshin stronger than Imperfect Cell (post humans) yet weaker than Supressed Semi-Perfect Cell so Pui-Pui is taking this easily. Pui-Pui > Kaioshin >> Imperfect Cell (post humans) >>>>>>> Andriod 20

If that's the case, I'll go with that. But that would leave very little room for Yakon to fit in. Plus Vegeta was simply toying which is tough to do at only a 1.3x advantage.
