Super Hatchiyack VS Perfect Cell

 Hatchiyack is a Revenge Creature created by the last surviving Tuffle, Dr. Rachi. He's a merciless creature who will strive at nothing to accompish his goal, destroy everything in his path, and he WILL go for the kill, possessing a high knowledge.

Cell is a horrifying creature created by Dr.Gero, and was designed to be the perfect being. Having the Z-Fighters power (not counting Future Trunks) , he has high knowledge.

Who will win?

 Base Hatchy alone could potentially take out Full Powered Perfect Cell considering Base Hatchy>~Movie 8 Broly.

Super Hatchy just makes it one sided in his favor.

 Well Base Hatchiyack>LSSj Broly M8=FPPC well Hatxhiyack was stated to perhaps be a bit stronger than Broky and I have Cell in full power equal to him ^_^ however when they fight Cell should win this Hatxhiyaxk has a slight power advantge almost not even noticeable while Cell is smarter than him has more teckniques and is way more skillful than he is so I'm giving this to Cell :) in base,Suoer Hatchiyack though one stomps him badly

He said MIGHT. I think they are equal in strength. I have Base Hatchy at M8 SSJ Broly, who I think is stronger then FP Perfect Cell, and Super Hatchy at LSSJ M8 Broly, who I think is in between SPC and SSJ2 Gohan

 I'm not sure why you would assume SSJ Broly, whenever the strongest form of Broly they faced was LSSJ and were quite aware of that form too, far more than SSJ Broly. Whenever someone makes a comparison to another character, until context proves otherwise, we should assume they're talking about the strongest form.

The OVA takes place well after movie 8 and thus the comparison to Broly is made. It's only fair to believe they're talking about the strongest form that completely whooped them during Movie 8.

It'd be like if Android Arc Piccolo said "Wow, these are some tough guys, they could probably defeat Freeza!" and be randomly talking about third form Freeza despite perfectly knowing about Final Form Freeza and the likes.

It is still unknown though who is stronger. Though, my opinion has changed. Super Hatchiyack is stronger then LSSJ Broly. So, according to my power levels..

LSSJ Broly: 64,536,000,000
Super Hatchiyack: 74,100,000,000

But in my opinion, Super Hatchiyack gets it's a*** whooped by M10 Broly badly.

The main reason I think that is because while Goku stated he MIGHT be stronger, he doesn't have the greatest running speed, and his attacks (ki) take 15 seconds to charge up. Broly can charge his attacks normally, and has greater running speed, and has the same flying speed has Hatchiyack. Though, LSSJ Broly (M8) would lose to. Super Hatchiyack
