Well they can clear this list in SSj but base is overdoing it we should consider that Gogeta has to lower himshelf down in order to match Gotenks strength so basically that's a hypothetical fusion of two Hotenks IMO so in base they will at most reach Buutenks in SSj they defeat anyone on that list on SSj2 they stomp in SSj3 they humiliate everyone
