FireFox Favourite Manga Fruits Basket	I know that I hate editing audio :P The first step is getting the hosts (2 or 3) who can be on at the same time, personally, I'd like at least one member of the staff there, it adds some input from the team that way. Skype is what was originally used and I steamed it by using the output as the input, so people heard whatever I was listening to on the PC.

You weren't on when we had this conversation, but you could definitely be part of this. With you, we'll be 8 people. 8 people in one podcast is a bit much however, so we might have to make two podcasts. Usually, I want to see the feedback for one podcast before the second one is planned, but this could work.

Format: A weekly podcast show hosted on wordpress and distributed through Itunes and Podbean. A Youtube channel could also supplement the exposure. Mission statement: The reason I feel this is a worthwhile endeavor is because some of the more in-depth aspects of the Dragon Ball community are obscure to the average fan. Most fans enjoy talking about power levels and hypothetical fights, yet none of them realize the depths of how these debates are decided. There is a niche currently left empty in the Dragon Ball podcasting community for something like this. Most of the shows on Itunes currently deal with either A) translation and general Dragon Ball news or B) episode or manga recaps of the entire series. Yet I have yet to see a podcast dedicated to the actual debates that keep the fandom thriving on the forums. This is the niche I'd like to fill. Content: Me and the podcasting team, which is to be determined at this time, will not openly debate the topics amongst ourselves. I feel that would produce far too much cross talk and further obscure the in-depth arguments. Instead what we will attempt to provide is something more along the lines of a review, though a review of the arguments and debates that we see on the forums so very often. The podcasters will not openly take sides but rather present all points in favor or against a certain argument. We will discuss certain aspects of individual arguments and how well they support the over all point and also discussing what outside sources best supplement this. This will bring attention to the average fan what kind of arguments are used in debating a popular topic that even a casual fan might have a passing interest in. We will not strictly be doing power debates, however. We will also be covering fandom news and forum news; not specifically DBZf.co.uk but if we pick up enough support from our parent forum then perhaps we can make it exclusive. Either way, we will be discussing the fandom in general and what are some hot topics currently raging among each other. This does not have to be limited to power debates but stuff such as "is ki spiritual or physical" or the topic about fusion concerning saiyan hybrids. So it won't just be battle debates all the time but rather an all encompassing podcast show about the topics that come up in the forums, the aim to be bringing them to a wider audience to illuminate the fan who has a casual interest in power debates but doesn't quite know what they entail. Conclusion: I have very high hopes for this series and think it is a niche in the community that could be filled with some talented members of the fandom. It's a way of exposing new fans to the intricacies of the community while also keeping some of our less active members up to date on what are some hot topics currently going. Either way it could definitely increase this forum's, or really any forum's, exposure and allow it to draw in new fans. Now, what I suggest, since I have interest aswell... We could have two podcast teams. We've planned our own podcast where we are going to talk about games and general stuff. We were also going to brush topics on the forum, but not in the sense petewentz is thinking. I haven't been able to do the podcasts because I've been sick, but I will try to make one with a team of my own. But we do have good things planned. I'd also like to snowball off Emmeth's idea of the two podcasting teams, this would allow more content to get uploaded without extra strain on the team members; I think it's a brilliant idea. Let me know what you guys think and what kind of ideas you all have too!

I'm not sure if there's any other way to do it than that, though... but, that's what I've used in the past. Yes, Skype and Audacity though I just use a gaming headset plugged into my computer for the actual audio input. I also have Sony Vegas Pro for editing so that's no problem either. I know my way around it well as I used to make Call of Duty videos on youtube(never popular, but it was an enjoyable pastime lol I used to make montages set to Zelda and Final Fantasy music haha)
