And I'm a Tennessee Titans fan...it's been a rough decade. You won't hear any unwarranted homerism from me. I wasn't attacking the Giants or Eli either. You 2 are way too defensive when it comes to the Giants. I was just giving my opinion. Am I wrong? When people are saying that Eli Manning, is the worst quarterback in history because of a bad season that the ENTIRE team is responsible for heck yeah I am going to defend them. I bleed blue. I'm not a spoiled fan, but at the same time, I'm not going to let someone belittle players that don't deserve it and have earned their place to be respected. I've read too many times on this forum about players like Smith and Kaepernick get praise after winning a game by the 49ers fans on here, but then the Giants/Eli bashed or criticized. It isn't just the Giants either. I had to read nonsense, bias remarks about Russel Wilson. I'm done. I will do it back when the time comes and that's all. When the other teams do bad that people are fans of here, just be prepared for cheap shots like I always have to read. I've been a nice fan on here for far too long. Chicago beat Cincinnati which is impressive given their defense. But wins vs MIN, PIT, & NY aren't enough to sway me into believing they're a super bowl team. They have a pretty easy schedule considering. Not counting divisional games, their hardest games are NO, DAL, and CLE if they're as good as their RB says they are... They already lost one of the harder games aganst NO. I have to wonder if they make the wildcard if they'll be able to perform...

I think Bennett took over so that just tells you that besides Marshall the #2 could really still be anyone. The story ofthe night on the bears side tho has got to be the Bears Defense. I mean what a stud group of guys. I mean it's not the 85 bears but man are they looking like the equivalent in a different NFL. I mean the way of football has change to a passing league and the rules have made it so that will might never see a ddefense as hard nosed as the 85 bears. BUT I think this bears defense in it's take aways and consistency in doing so is just so epic that it has to be talked about. Some people have said that the Seahawks are becoming comparable but I'm not sure. Numbers say that this is the only defense in history that can fathom being in the same conversation as the 85 bears and 00 Ravens. Here are some numbers to support the notion, After week 2 the '85 Bears allowed 35 points and 513 total yards After week 2 the '00 Ravens allowed 36 points and 643 yards After Seahawks first 2 games, they've allowed 10 points and 460 total yards

Google Chrome and Firefox	The Giants weren't a winning team when Eli got drafted. They were 4-12 the season before. Why are you even bringing 2004 up again? He hasn't done anything else wrong from that time. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2003_New_York_Giants_season Also, Archie Manning was the one who pushed for Eli Manning to get traded because San Diego was going through some problems with their GM and head coach at the time. Archie, who dealt with that at the Saints when he played, did not want that for Eli Manning which to me is understandable. Also, it was a good career move for Eli because he'd be the starting QB regardless due to the fact the Giants were desperate for a franchise quarterback. Why would he go to an organization where he'd have to fight for his spot against Drew Brees? It makes no sense. In the end, it worked out for both parties so .....useless argument. Oh Fulgore you better hope for your sake that the 49ers win or don't do anything stupid because I promise I am good at rubbing things in. I'm rooting for the Vikings to win tomorrow. My jar was agape when I realized it has only been six weeks and Brandon Jacobs is one of their best offensive weapons. At least they won the SB a couple of years ago. I had Matt Forte and despite no touchdown or really any long plays at all he still had a really solid game. If they can keep him healthy, he is a workhorse, like a slower more injury prone Jamaal Charles. Saying Eli is the worst QB in NFL history is clearly trolling.
