Well its an interesting one Frieza has the advantage of skills teckniques and smarter than Broly but Broly is a beast and use brutality on him and has he's replanishembt ki ability which is a huge advantge since it means he has infinite stamina so I give this to Broly after one of the most epic fights ever

Thus although Freeza is skilled, he's also very scared of an SSj, let alone LSSj, thus all these factors lead to his defeat.

Broly, does not have infinite Ki. Though, I still see Broly winning this. He feels no compassion, and is like a zombie, destroying everything in it's path.

Broly isn't exactly the brightest bulb in the house. He acknowledges his power was overflowing in M8, then proceeds to release ki. In M10 he most likely hadn't touched his physical cap.
