Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Bleach	Is it really so bad? I honestly wouldn't even call it an asspull considering how many times Ichigo's gotten free power boosts from doing stuff in his inner world. You could definitely call it lazy and uninspired, but it fits pretty handily into the Bleach universe. Also, the Dangai's timey wimey properties had already been mentioned during the Soul Society arc. Obviously you can draw parallels between the Room of the Spirit and Time, but at least the Dangai had some amount of foreshadowing, a stark contrast to the RoSaT.

It didn't even make sense to be honest. He basically accepted them as friends or something and then suddenly he powers up to an absurd level.

Ichigo was being schooled by base Aizen (heck, he was at best tying with Gin who didn't really give a f*). Then Aizen proceeded to undergo no less than 4 powerups before Ichigo sees him again, by which point Ichigo somehow became so much more powerful than Aizen that he couldn't even be sensed. The other times he got power boosts at least made some kind of sense. They either give him a Zanpakuto upgrade or unlocked his hollow power, all this did was teach him a new technique (which btw also had no foreshadowing whatsoever until Ichigo just happened to need to learn it) and he becomes that strong? Worst thing is it happened almost entirely off panel.
	We'll never be those kids again

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Well it's kind of asspull how strong he got considering his actual body was just sitting there for 3 months(why didn't he grow a beard...) How could really just mental training make him improve so much? And it just so happens that he's strong enough to take on every one of Aizens forms when he's practically become a God? It was just really stupid, Aizen hatched this plan for hundreds of years and nothing went wrong and then here's Ichigo with 3 months of mental training and suddenly he's more powerful than that with no real explanation like at all. "Discarded" his reiatsu, what does that even mean and how could it make him so powerful? Aizen understood what he done, so why didn't Aizen do the same thing considering the insane boost? And why does it just so happen that Final Getsuga Tenshou is a thing right when they need it? It was built up that Ichigo was the one to beat Aizen the whole time but never why other than "hasn't seen Kyouka Suigetsu's release" He done worse than Yoruichi, Isshin and Urahara by a long way but then he needed to be the hero and that's all Dangai was, making him win just because. The whole end to that was BS anyway, why didn't Aizen just seal Kyouka Suigetsu and then release it again? He could have done that at any moment... So yeah as far as I'm concerned it's super asspull.

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Bleach	Ichigo didn't discard his reiatsu, that's just what Aizen thought he had done. Ichigo catching up to people who have lived for hundreds of years over the course of a few days is nothing new either. He went from fodder level to Lieutenant level in a week or whatever. He went from lieutenant to captain over the course of a few minutes, he achieved Bankai in three days and challenged Byakuya. Within one month Ichigo goes from most likely low ranked officer level to advanced captain. In three months he goes from advanced captain to ridiculous. Popcorn Posts: 9,904 Group: Elite Member Member #5,870 Joined: March 19, 2011 Gender Other Country Canada	its the same with all the anime and mangos dbz, gohan sits for a few days and is like 10000000x more poerful gotenks trains for a few days and gets two new forms and is uber strong sasuke and naruto look at how they rank, there not even 18 and are both stronger then 99% of ninjas .... one piece has a few flaws and is more consistent but even then its tthere but i would have to look a bit, maybe the whole c-p9 thing i feel like you just expect more from kubo cause u just like the series that much but him taking breaks more then he should, and the lack of background ect... just doesn't sit well with others but yeah he does make a ton of asspull like a lot of other authors

FireFox Favourite Manga Sailor Moon	Love the Dangai power up but I wish someone would have needed to distract Aizen while Ichigo was powering up. Say Ichigo needed a couple hours to train in the Dangai somebody else could have fought Aizen to pass some more time.
