Google Chrome	Piccolo was still at 322 (manga level) at the beginning of dbz, with weights of course. Here is what I have - Yamcha - 180 Piccolo (Four weighted capes) - 175 Piccolo however, has the upper hand in everything, technique, brains, regeneration, etc. I don't see Piccolo losing, unless the weighted capes put too much pressure on him, which I highly doubt.

Piccolo with wieghts on is 78.9% weaker than his unweighted self. Multiply .789 with his power 4 times is 158 which would mean that Yamcha would win mid diff.
