Firefox Favourite Manga none	Without Chiaotzu's powers, Yamcha wins, didn't Tenshinhan say that, it had been a long time since he faced an opponent like Yamcha, atleast that's what he said in the German dub of DB.

Chapter: 115, P14.2-3 Kuririn: “You were watching?!” Kame-sennin: “Yup! All three of you displayed your progress magnificently! Any one of you may win the top prize this time!” Roshi ranks them evenly, and we all know neither Goku or Krillin used their full power in the quarterfinals, so I'd say Yamcha beats Chaozu.
