I have the kids stronger than Vegeta, but weaker than boo saga Gohan. The Gogeta fusion would be fusing at SSJ Vegeta's level. It's also worth mentioning that Gogeta can use Gr 2 if he needs to.

Pre Rosat I had them closer to Trunks. So after the rosat, they would be exactly equal to CG Super Gogeta IMO, as Goku would need to power down to fuse with Vegeta. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a fusion of Vegeta and Goku from the Android Arc? Which would make everyone Pre ROSAT, Android Saga SSJ Vegeta was outperformed by Base Mighty Mask, surely something like that would carry over to fusion thus making SSJ Gogeta<Base Gotenks Pre.
