This once happened after killing his brother V2. In the anime, however, Charles Geass can freely alter an individuals memories, and seal the Geass of others and even physical senses such as sight. Sheer willpower or contact with immortals, however, break this seal. Charles has a Geass known as "The Dead Rise" allowing him to revive after death several times. He is the ruler of the Britannian empire of Code Geass. The only notable immortal I have being capable of sealing his feats is Father from FMA. Thoughts?
