Google Chrome	Hypothetical Semi Perfect Cell Jr, I think Piccolo stomps. I have Semi Cell at 730,000,000, The Cell Jr's should be weaker as semi, so around 650,000,000 seems about right. I have Cell games Piccolo around 900,000,000-1,000,000,000. Piccolo stomps hard.

My friend Ginuy Piccolo was considered by Goku that he might stand a change against someone like Initial Perfect Cell who could crush up ASSj Vegeta and ASSj Trunks as well,not only that but Piccolo was able to hold he's own for some time against a Cell jr who can ultimately stomp Semi Perfect Cell since they are around Initial Perfect Cells power and Piccolo is able to keep up with it for some good time that already puts him above Semi Perfect Cell

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god
