If I'm wrong about most of the games this week, I'll be so happy. Some teams I'd like to think might not be that good this year, but I'm taking the safe side till I'm wrong.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Baltimore just 6-7 ahead of Cleveland. Oh, this is grand! LOL

And Houston barely hanging on with Tennessee of all teams... 2 picks of mine at risk!

Houston, you're killing me! You get a 2nd chance with a closer field goal after a Tennessee penalty, and you still can reel in the W. I've already lost 3 picks, including 2 upset picks, don't you f*** me now!

Hey, its what upset picks are all about. Too bad they couldn't pull through like I was hoping. Ahh, its always the upset picks that end up biting me back. Better luck next week, as it goes.

Carolina was NOT the upset pick. They would have won had they not had that penalty on the pick

Hey, he seemed surprised I picked Carolina. Meh... Would've, could've, should've as they say. They lost, and they were more expected to lose. Its why I picked them. Its always the last one you'd expect, and I figured they could pull it off.

So, I'm 1-2 on upset picks thus far. I sure hope tonight's goes well so I can at least break .500 on the week.

EDIT: About damn time. Touchdown Houston and W.

7-3 (1-2) ~ A pretty decent week considering...

Pretty bad week for me so far. With two heart breakers (Panthers and Vikings).

I have a feeling I'm going to have a big dinner tonight, with these words on the menu:

Quote:

All I know is that I'm guessing Denver to beat New York by a lot.
...
But yeah, 42 -10 might be extreme for this week, but I still see something like 38-21 / 35-14 or something along those lines. I can't see New York doing all that well vs the Denver D.

They may not beat NY by that much after all. I still think Denver's going to win and all, but then again I hope I'm wrong. I would like to think Denver's not that good, but they just might be this year.

On the other hand, the Broncos are doing pretty damn good now, despite the slow start. And they just might score into the 40s.

The Broncos and Peyton Manning rightfully deserve today's win. The Giants played horrible, didn't stick to the run game with David Wilson wh, who was doing much better than both Jacobs and Scott, and the offense had plenty of miss communication. I think our running game is the biggest issue, but for some reason, Coughlin doesn't wan to stick with David Wilson throughout the entire game.

Eli Manning and the Giants had a chance to take the lead at the end of the first half, but didn't. They missed key chances and that's why we got our butts handed to us.

I have to say that there were some key plays that didn't go right for us. I mean one interception came off someone's foot lol. I'm not really concerned about the talent we have on our team because we have it, but more-so the lack of communication and commitment to the running game. I just don't understand why we give up on it so easily.

The defense is solid, but if we can't make key plays or convert 3rd downs on offense, this will be a long season.

I'm looking forward to the Seahawks and 49ers game tonight.
