I see your point and raise you a question. How would you classify someone who sells drugs on the corner and does nothing with their life while taking the city's resources? |

Around 30,000 is the population on the town I live in, which is kind of small. It's in a pretty good location, it's sort of out of the way but it's only like a ten minute drive until you're in to the busy places, which is a good balance. Crime is pretty low, though we occasionally might have a small string of home break ins or something and everyone freaks out as if we live in some crime infested place lol. Traffic is mostly good around the town specifically, though the State I live is notorious for having bad drivers and it's not an unfair reputation. A lot of people just don't have much patience which is what causes a lot of the accidents and things. I've never driven home from Uni without seeing at least 4 or 5 stupid things that other drivers around me are doing. |

It would be up there for older people. Beautiful scenery, nice and quite etc. But when you're in your youth and want to go out somewhere, New Zealand is pretty limited. Even in Auckland the nightlife is pretty ordinary. |

Going through a crappish part of their life (or could just be their whole life up until then) that they'll hopefully be out of within a few years once they learn a few things as they get older. And that's kind of a really far-gone example, not half of your city. |

Would you guys ever move out of your current town/city given the chance? I'm split on mine. I love it here, but at the same time I'm kind of bored of it and want adventure of some sort... like to live abroad somewhere but Idk where yet. |

I would move out. It's not the only place I've lived anyway and I never liked it when I first arrived, and still miss where I used to live in some ways. However I have got some ties/potential ties here (family, including 2 younger cousins) so I probably wouldn't leave without something to actually chase. I think I can be happy while living here, eventually. |

My home town is huge. Palm Beach County has like 1.4 million people, but its not a city its like a suburban town with a bunch of rich neighborhoods. Tiger Woods lives in Palm Beach. |

I live in Mountain Brook, which is a fairly nice subcity of the greater Birmingham area. Kind of contrasts honestly. MountainBrook is filled with some of the safest areas in Alabama, yet it's in the metropolitan area of Birmingham, the largest city in Alabama and also on the top 10 list for "Cities with the most murder." So I guess it's kind of a mixed bag? |

Theres about 20,000 or so people in my town. Its ok got a good few shops but there isn't much else to do.... So i would prefer living in a larger city like London as i have been there a good few times. |

I live in a city that acts more like a town, and any attempts to improve its image as a city is usually with loud resistance. As for crime, depending on what source you follow, it could vary from pretty damn bad, to not that bad, right down to "you should worrying more about the sharks" |
