Base Goten > Pan(EOZ; with training) > Bra > Pan(without training) That's all I could come up with. Bra and Pan w/o training could flip flop, but I do see it being close like that. Bra shouldn't change since I don't think she trains, so she could probably only defeat the villains from Hell that are within that. @giving power to Baby, I'll let you figure out that one. You have to keep in mind that Baby raises the power of the fighter quite dramatically. Goten and Gohan were able to take down Vegeta without much difficulty. Factoring in a similar boost for Bra can make her very powerful.

Well theres always the possibility that she has hidden powers like Gohan but I don't think Bebi does that. He only adds his power to the host (except for Vegeta how got a haxed gain from him). As far as her normal power goes, it's somewhat comparable to your average human being. Comparing her to anyone in the Buu saga is a joke.

After Baby takes over your body, it appears that all of the power gained remains within you. Otherwise Vegeta would have no relevance later on. Considering Bra gained the same power up as you agreed, it is not unreasonable to think that she did not keep this power. Sure she doesn't know how to use it, but she has it. Purely based on power level I can see her being high in the Boo arc.

Theres no indication that her power level is anywhere near what you guys make her out to be. Toriyama never intended Bra to be a fighter (hence why she doesn't compete at the 28th tourney). You would have a better chance arguing that Hercule can fight Buu arc characters rather than Bra because all least he fights. Her being at 5-9 is very plausible. Bebi only temporaily used the Saiyans to get from one goal to the next (Goten to Gohan, Gohan to Vegeta). At best, you can argue Vegeta because he was Bebi's permant host but I would still argue against that. There's no evidence to counter what your saying because theirs nothing that supports it in the first place. Bra powering Bebi is just because of her Saiyan blood like when the Saiyans helped Goku go SSJG. Quote: And you can't use plot as an excuse for gains. Oh really?
