Just because it held back a huge amount of power for Freeza doesn't mean it would do that for Cold. It could be as simple as: 2nd Form - 100,000,000 3rd Form - 120,000,000 4th Form - 130,000,000 5th Form - 150,000,000

But he'd end up pretty damn strong. I only use power chains instead of numbers, but even using the Daiz PLs you'd have King Cold getting 120x stronger, which may be enough to clear this list.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball/Z/Super, Naruto/Shippuden, One Piece, Hellsing, Death Note	He might have a chance against the Super Saiyans, but, IMO, even then that may be too much credit given. It's hard to place Cold, and honestly, even if he had an additional two forms he might not be able to defeat anybody on this list.
