Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	Yeah, I would say Chiaotzu probably takes this fight, just because his training partner is extremely devoted to training, him and Tien probably train every day so all that training they did throughout all those years to the end of GT, he might even almost be up to First Form Frieza, which kinda sounds crazy but i'm starting to believe it
