EoZ Base Vegetto should be at least that level minus the cray cray drain. SSJ Vegetto's got dis one in the bag with a 10x boost (or whatever SSJ multiplier you use)

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Bleach	My GT PL list is weird as sht (base Vegeta S17 > Golden Oozaru Goku) so I somehow ended up with these two equal, but I really don't know where to place Super #17.
