Why can't people be more responsible?

I was just on twitter and a friend of mine was posting all this stuff about how she was now 3 months pregnant and the dad wasn't interested. I don't understand how some people can just put a child they made to the back of their minds and pretend like everything's the same? Why can't they man up, grow a pair of balls and take some responsibility for something they are partly to blame for? It takes two to tango. You made a child, you help deal with it. Running away and ignoring it won't make it go away.

So freaking annoying how irresponsible people are.

hes scared of having the responsibility of a child, is he still young? he probably doesn't wanna be with one person forever at his age. I agree it is stupid and I think he should be helping. he still will have to pay child support tho id imagine

What? You wannah peace of me?

For the child's sake!

I couldn't agree more, this man is selfish and he's only going to regret it in the near future.

I guess the day they decided to go into the bushes without sufficient equipment blew back on their faces.

Same way that people often show no care for the feelings or the impact they have on an average person, some people care not much more about their kid. Sucks.

Maybe he wanted her to get an abortion and she didn't? Or give the kid for adoption and she doesn't?

But yeah, I don't understand how anyone can stay indifferent and uninterested. The lack of responsability doesn't surprise me, it's the lack of feeling what I find disturbing.

If a man got raped by a woman (it happens), should he be forced to take care of it even though he never wanted any part of it?

This isn't about rape. This was consensual sex between two people in a relationship at the time and now the father isn't interested. So in this case yes he should take care of it.

I agree. I thought I was going somewhere with that other post but I suppose not. Yes, people should be responsible for a kid in this case. I'm tired of guys thinking they can leave their seed wherever they please and it's alright; it's not, and it had a negative effect on the kid to grow up without a father figure.

Guys like that should be punished.

As far as i'm concerned, fathers whom don't take responsibility for a child they made are garbage.

The society we currently live in are filled with technology-savy people, filled with so much laziness built inside they are incapable of doing the simplest of demeanours. Furthermore, with so much promotion of drugs and other such supplements with the advent of pop-cultural music, we are further being dragged into a society filled with garbage, fake, non-inspired irregular beings filled with cancer and disgust.

What the hell are you on about? This stuff happened before the internet/phones/even before video games got big. Take your hipster egotistical philosophy to another topic.
