(SSjin4) Gogeta is really the only 1, I think, who is above Omega-Shenron, in the game (in-terms of beastlyness ), only problems are the time-limit & the fact that you'll need to get the Fusion right.

Gogeta may have been above OS but with the right skill OS can be owned with any character.

You needed like 6 Ki bars at the least, Maximum Strength and Defense, full transformations, and channel the determination of Vegeta, the intelligence of Piccolo, the fury of Gohan, the techniques of Cell, the endurance of Freeza an the Hax of Majin Boo and then maybe you might be able to stand a chance.

I owned him with Cell, Cell Jr, Adult Gohan, And Goku.
