Piccolo:...Inhale Runs up, grabs Cell, dunks him into nearest volcano...exhales Time stopping won't matter much if you don't have the power to back yourself up. And fresh or not, Cell was just too far ahead of Piccolo.

Even with Buldos power on him I'm...not very sure he wins Cell at that time was way ahead of Piccolo,he manage to beat both Piccolo and 17 combine fairly easy so he still loses

I can actually see Piccolo taking this with a pretty simple tactic, Piccolo holds his breath and amps the hell out of an attack. That could work, but I still think Cell would take this 9/10 times

Surely he can get a crazy boost like he did for the Special Beam Canon if he charges it long enough
