At this point I'm mainly getting it to give my 2DS something to do as Smash Bro's isn't so exciting that I want to play it constantly like years ago. I hope they don't hold back so much with the next game. Which better not be...Sparkly Diamond/Dazzling Pearl? I think they should stop with the remakes now, they're all on DS so make something original. Hurry up and make a game with all the regions... An official Pokémon MMO for 3DS or Wii-U that did that could be epic. |

doubt there's enough memory on a 3ds game card to be able to have all regions |

Yeah being able to see all the regions with the Wii U's graphics would be amazing. Though it doesn't have to be an MMO. I don't think Pokemon will work as an MMO honestly. No matter hat they would do, it would be hard to manage levels, because by the 2nd region you visit you would have at least Level 60 Pokemon facing against Level 10's. They would have to expand the levels, maybe up to 1000, and have the gym leaders Pokemon have higher levels to accommodate that. But that system would open up other problems too, but I'm rambling on. What do you guys think? |

Well, maybe the other regions could be DLC or something? Something like the Pokèmon rangers games crossed with the main games would be brilliant. |

There'd be a lot of problems with that. It'd be cool to see though. |

1000 levels seems excessive 200 would be good or 250 |

How about if you lose access to your Pokemon when you move to another region before beating the Elite 4, gaining access to them once you're the Champion of that region? Increasing the level cap just feels wrong. |

would be cool to me if gym leaders and e4 had their pokemon levels scale up depending on what the player's current party is -- e.g., at least one of their pokemon would be ~5-10 levels higher than the strongest in your party, a few are around whatever your average level is, and the rest are a few levels lower or some s***. |

maybe but a level cap increase adds a whole new dimension to the game as the farther you go the higher level pokemon you will find obviously they stop at a certain point, dont wanna find level 190 something Pokemon in the wild also 200 or 250 would be enough each game by end game you reach roughly level 60 ish past that point it becomes a big challenge to raise up levels manage raising something thats level 150 or something it would take time sure there would be things giving out more exp but still, the first 60 levels or so are easy to get but then its just gonna get harder and harder to level up and you wouldnt just just get ur pokemon another 60 levels for the next region then another 60 ect.... or that would be to quick leveling up, it would be divided up as the next region having less and less required levels region 1: ur poke would be roughly level 65 region 2: 120 region 3:165 region 4:200 region 5:225 region 6:240 something like that ^ would work well Edited by Havoc_Wreaker, Nov 23 2014, 07:20 PM.

Raised levels or being forced to capture new Pokémon - I'm fine with both. As long as I get a game with all the regions in it, I'm happy.

Too much work? I honestly don't know. They did it just fine for the Gen 4 remake, so I dunno why they never do it for the newer games. |
