We do, but they're not really that popular anymore.

Most people I know either buy their games and keep it, buy it and exchange it before two weeks is up, or pirate it.

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

Yeah not having good rental services is s*** I used to use Lovefilm all the time because you could have 3 games at once.

So I'd just get 3, 100% them all within a month then send them back. It was awesome.

It'd be cool if you could just rent games for like I dunno, a pound a day? And then if you decide you want to keep it you pay what's left of the price plus a little extra if you want a case sent to you.
That'd be brilliant for when you're just not sure about a game, even if it's s*** you can still have fun for a while like I enjoyed Destiny for a few days at least, I wouldn't feel bad about paying £4 for that experience.

Surely it'd be a good business? You could buy one game and someone might rent it for £30 days which is about half of what the game costs, then another person rents it for £40 days and decides they've had enough of it, you've made a profit there.
And then an endless number of people could rent it over the years and a single purchase for you could net hundreds. Plus there'd no doubt be some strange folk who rent a game for years.

Oh yeah, for all the PC gamers out there check out greenmangaming seems a pretty f***ing good site. I have no interest in playing most games on PC but they're damn cheap there. Far Cry Primal is already £30.

Bust, but not completely out. At least as far as I can understand.

I wonder if there's a game Twitch Plays couldn't conquer? I guess stuff that requires quick reactions like old arcade games might be impossible or near enough.

Such a funny system, very reminiscent of the infinite monkey theorem :p

There are genres they'd fail at, like RTS and Shooters.

I think they'd be possible if the thing used in the Dark Souls playthrough was put in.

It paused the game and used a voting system to decide the next move.

Although, I guess that is kind of cheating the system but still they managed Dark Souls like that.
Obviously multiplayer games would be out of the question.

I'm still playing catch up on the ~3 years of gaming I missed. Just got Fallout 4. Haven't actually played it yet. The only Fallout game I played was 3, and that was only for about 5-10 hours (I was just borrowing it off my brother).

My condolences :p

But seriously I hope you enjoy it, any other Ganges in particular you're looking out for? If you're into action I'd recommend Transformers Devastation.

I envy you Clearin I'm at the point where I'm kind of bored of what I've got just waiting for upcoming releases...

It's killer :D

Wonder if we'll get a good Godzilla game when the next western movie comes out? Really want to be destroying cities as various monsters with current gen graphics.

Blockbuster eliminated most of their Storefronts and now offers services similar to Redbox.

Yeah, that's not too bad actually. I imagine it will have a hefty HDD size though considering it will just add up the more you explore.

I don't know. Most of it will probably be stored on a cloud server.
