About dlc what do you guys think of the new format of the new fire emblem game

So there are two version of the game each about 40 $
But when I say two version they are actually two versions
Each game is a big normal Fire emblem size game, the story and maps and characters ect.. are different for each while weapons and intro is the same Something along the line of that so pretty much a different game with some basics in each that are the same

If you buy one of the games you can get the other full sized game for about 15-18$ as a dlc

And later on they are going to be releasing another complete full story
With a different path dlc for about 15-18$

So 3 complete games which you can get as a package at some point for
A cheaper price in the 70-90 range depending if they add extras

Yeah its a lot but they are really giving you your money's worth it seems
Personally I'm going for the bundle with all the dlc and extras

On the topic of Fire Emblem If, are you guys gonna choose Hoshido or Nohr? I'm choosing Nohr because the fact that it's gonna be different than FE normally is, and because you are evil-ish, or at least belligerent. Also, I see it as a decision of punching your distant cousin or your best friend. Hoshido is the cousin. You barely or don't know them, but you're related. Nohr is the best friend, as you spend a lo of time with them, and are close, and if you punch them your friendship is over. I would choose to punch my distant cousin.

Now this analogy might be flawed, since the Hoshido are more closely related to you than a distant cousin, but still, you barely know them, as opposed to the Nohr, who have raised you.

What side are you guys on?

There's also a dlc path where you choose neither side which is interesting
I'm getting all 3 paths so I'll be choosing all of them
Maybe in this order
Hoshido
Nohr
Neither

I'm really depressed that TheRadBrad seemed to do it first try...

Though he exclusively leveled up his health...but still.

I think my main problem is I'm not confident enough in continuing I focus more on dodging and keeping at full health than fighting.
Next boss tip

Didn't read that tip before fighting him and it still only took me about three or four tries. His beast form is really easy. Now I'm lost after exploring the cathedral area. Have to say, that guy with the big wrecking ball was pretty scary.

It took me ages because I was only playing it at 4am
But yeah that gun move was so annoying but it was cool how he could cancel you out like you do to enemies.

I haven't went any further yet I've just been farming items and echo's to buy everything the Messengers have.

Loving the Kirkhammer.

Man I want the Krkhammer so bad but I always spend my echoes on stat gains. Should just farm those giant monsters outside the cathedral. They give 700 echoes per kill.

It's f***ing awesome.

When it's in blade form you do one attack then transform it and continue and during the combo it turns in to the hammer and attacks twice, wrecks practically everything if you land it.

I've just put skill, strength, bloodtinge and arcane up so far I don't want to rely on a massive pool of health to survive.

Guessing arcane will have benefits later.

Yeah vitality isn't that important because if you're being hit then you're doing it wrong.

Strength, endurance and skill is probably all you need really.

Yeah I've just touched on arcane a bit since in DS2 magic was extremely overpowered

Everything puts physical defense up anyway so it doesn't seem to matter.

I hope I find a new outfit soon the weapons are awesome but otherwise it needs a bit more variety I like having a unique style.

Wonder what happens if you kill the doll that levels you up.
Accidentally shot her in the face because I forgot you can hurt these kinds of people in these games...
Luckily guns don't do much damage.

In your opinion, what features would make your ideal game be the greatest game of our generation?

My ideal game would consist of;

* Making money from Scarface: The World is Yours.

* Character importance like Gordon Freeman from Half-Life series.

* Character creation like The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim or Dragon Age Inquisition where you could choose which sex, race, style of play or the way you play the influences the type of class you'll be.

* Decision and consequences like Mass Effect 2, The Witcher 2, Fallout: New Vegas.

* Graphics and tech [physics engine]: Cryengine with the Crysis series or Unreal Engine 4.

* Gameplay should be a mix between Mass Effect 3 [with the combat rolls, maneuvering corners], Dragon Age Origins with the tactical camera view, combine that with Witcher 3.

* Reply value: The game should allow players for the first time, experience everything the game has to offer like exploration. During the first two play through, the game should be easy to learn for the new players, but as the story progresses, the enemies becomes more challenging forcing you to use every skill you learned along the way [like Demon Souls or Dark Souls II].

The game should also reward you for achieving the hardest trophies like a platinum medal. The game should reward like in MGS4, where you reach the Big Boss trophy, the game gives you a mask that allows you be cloaked and super gun that never runs out of ammo.

I hate how DA Inquisition, the game removes all the exploits completely, but doesn't include anything to substitute for it. Example, once you finish the game, the new game starts all over, the dialogues are the same and paths you go are basically the same.

SO my idea is once you achieved the hardest trophy, the game should allow you have to have fun by making the game hard at first, then easier as you want to experience different classes, so allowing exploits like gold farming, experience exploits, thrashing the rogues specialty - thousands cuts, or allow duplicating materials.
