£60? It's £45 on Amazon, where the heck are you buying your games?
That was just as the standard price not actually checked.

Yeah the wait for Phantom Pain is going to suck so bad I don't feel like Witcher 3 is going to have enough content to be interesting for that long consistently.

Only other game that could potentially interest me long enough is No Man's Sky but it's looking like at best that will be Q4 this year.

Can't wait for E3 this year last year was fairly crap, I wonder what games will be announced for next year or years to come.

I'm always thinking of ideas. I want another fps Star Trek game like Elite Force except you go from Captain Archer's day all the way to Captain Janeway. Or another Bridge Commander. That game was so epic back in the day. Star trek used to have some great games.

Never played any of them, do they have any sorta simulator games?

It'd be cool to be Captain of the Enterprise and find new planets and decide what to do with them, defend them from the many foes and things like that.

Apparently DMC 5 is getting made.

I loved DMC but I'm excited for that, if it's legit. The story didn't feel finished at all.

BUT

Ninja Theory did a far better job with the combat in the game, I hope they take inspiration from DMC with the new 5. The fluidity was insanely good I found myself getting SSS combo's much easier. Well not necessarily easier but you didn't have to spend a million different buttons in an incoherent mess of a combo.

Also VERGIL is apparently back.
If he doesn't have the original voice actor that's worthless though but still the original is far better than the reboot's take.

There is a lot to do in Witcher 3.

Also is this the greatest motivating video game song ever?

Steve, it's old but Star Trek Bridge Commander is a ship sim set on the Enterprise E. I remember it being damn complicated too. You had to decide whether to attack ships or speak to them then if you did attack them disable their engines, weapons or shields, perhaps blow them up completely. Oh yeah and you had to route power to certain areas depending on the situation at hand. It was really tactical from what I recall. The one thing that let it down was that you were sat on the bridge the whole time instead of being allowed to look around the ship. I kind of want to learn it again but there was so much to take in.

Modern Warfare 2 re-release with updated graphics similar to the re-release of Halo? I'd buy that in a heartbeat. That was the most entertaining COD game ever to me, and I would not hesitate at all to replay it, including the campaign, which I really liked.

I feel the same way about World at War. I love the clank of those old guns.

That sounds like a cool Trek game. Not sure I'd be good at it but cool concept anyway.
I guess maybe the movies will bring love back to the series but IIRC so far there's been s***ty movie licensed games or at least for the first of the reboot.

Yeah WAW is my favourite but MW1 and 2 are great too.

Now I have a half decent PC I'm going to get Besiege looks a lot of fun, there seems like an endless amount of death machines you can make.

There really aren't any games on Steam that interest me besides Early Access ones besides DayZ the ones I have and want seem very promising.

Yeah but I feel like there's not going to be enough that I want to do. Like in Far Cry 3 and 4 I love hunting down the unique animals but you get like 5 of those missions, the rest I don't care about doing besides for completion.
Definitely looks like an engaging game but I'm not sure for how long, at least for me.

In Dragon Age Inquisition, from the main quests + whatever you need to achieve enough power to do missions, you could easily invest in over 60 hours +

How was Far Cry 4? After 3, lost interest in the series.

Not much better than 3 really. It's not awful but not vastly improved, easy game for completion anyway.

Having a lot of fun in Besiege already.

Some of the stuff you can do is just so ridiculous the physics are hilarious.

I was tasked with destroying this tall stone that shoots lasers at you.
So figured I'd attempt to make some sort of catapult, with no idea how.
Testing an idea:

Seeing what it does and how I can improve it:

Err....SUCCESS

So the bomb exploded in mid air and propelled the bomb holder at the stone and destroyed it...I was totally, totally aiming for that.

Some of the things people make are insane someone made this armoured truck sort of thing that transforms in to a half truck half robot thing with a sword, fully steerable too.
I hope the physics in the game stay like this, as far as I'm concerned the game is practically complete just needs more zones.

Having a lot of fun in Cities: Skylines.

You get to build a city; it's fun while having a good amount of depth to it. You have to manage waste disposal, emergency response, education, housing, industry, business, power, water and a lot of other things as well.

It's been getting rave reviews: http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/cities-skylines

At the time of posting, it's available for $22: http://www.dealzon.com/deals/cities-skylines#cities-skylines
I love building PCs. If you have any questions about it feel free to ask. I can help you with almost any kind of PC you'd want to build.

Really disappointed with Dying Light. It's not just the severe nausea. It's a pretty boring game too.

Yep.

The gameplay is pretty cool, dropkicking is ridiculous and the fighting mechanics besides Demolishers are great.
But the missions and "story" are so horribly boring it's just a lazy cliché filled mess of a game.

The bad guy even shouts the good guys name at one point in typical KHAAAAAANNNN!!!! fashion.

Yahtzee sums it up nicely:

Ordered the Collectors Edition of Phantom Pain, Amazon was sold out in 24 hours...
It seems like they're going to struggle to make enough of them which is something I've never heard of.

I read a lot of reviews that put me off buying it. It was not a £47 game. It was barely worth 30.
