Kai is all about staying true to the manga but what in the buu saga is even filler?

I know the Other World Tournament is filler, so are parts of fighting in buus body and ssj2 goku vs kid buu but that's it right?

I haven't read the entire manga, so some of these might be wrong so somebody correct me if I am;
Goku's Super Saiyan 3 demonstration on Kami's Lookout is filler.
The fight between Gotenks and the fat version of Majin Buu is filler.
The fight between Goten, Trunks, and Mr. Popo is completely filler.
All scenes of Trunks trying to find the Dragon Radar at Capsule Corporation are filler.
The fight between Vegito in his base form and Super Buu. (I think in the manga he goes straight to SSJ, like I said I haven't read the entire thing)
The parts that feature Dabura in the afterlife joining Videl, Bulma and Chi-Chi on their search for Gohan, are all fillers.
Major portions of the action inside of Buu's head are also fillers, you know, like the giant worms and stuff.
The celebration with Majin Buu (the bbq are Bulmas house)

There is probably more, and some of the examples I said might be false but that's all I can think up right now :)

I'm just a piece of trash.. but there are things I learned. The hole in your heart is something other people can fill.
If you reject your friends' feelings and this world..
Just because something didn't go as you wished, no one will ever come to you.
And so that hole won't be filled either, if you just run away without doing anything people won't do anything for you either..
As long as you don't give up, you can still be saved

I am Always Right... Unless When I'm Wrong

When Kid Boo used IT to teleport over to Other World and fight with Pikkon and them was filler.
Goku fighting Boo as a SSJ2 was filler (but they'll probably keep that in).
I hope they keep the BBQ in I liked that episode.

Kid Boo blowing up planet after planet is filler. He goes straight from blowing up Earth to fighting with Goku and Vegeta.

I actually enjoy much of the filler with Buu, I hope they don't cut it all out. But really, Seeing kid boo rampage through planets is epic, and I really enjoyed the get together with Buu.

I doubt they'll cut every single filler material, some of those are needed because the episodes are suppose to be at least 20 mins long.

That's not filler. It's poor animation.

After Dabura stones Piccolo and Krillin, Base Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta all try to attack him. Filler.
Base Gohan vs Dabura is filler.
Most of Dabura's fight with Fat Boo is filler. He doesn't try to spit on Boo in the manga.
Base Goten sparring with Krillin on the Lookout is filler.
Everybody trying to fight Evil Boo on the Lookout after he escapes is filler.
Most of the Goku vs Majin Vegeta fight is filler.
Any scenes with Krillin and Yamcha in Otherworld are filler.
The beginning portion of Gohan vs Gotenks-Boo is filler.
Goku and Vegeta fighting Gohan-Boo is filler.

Buu Saga fillers, apart from poor animation/art & stuff has some good materials in it.

Fights in particular were well-done, considering how TOEI Animation in 90's uses traditional animation, budget constraints etc.

Fillers like SSJ3 Goku vs Gotenks-Buu (2 min fight maybe), provides some dramatical tension.

Similarly, SSJ2 Goku & SSJ2 Vegeta vs Gohan-Buu (pre-Potara fusion) adds some depth towards Vegeta's character.

Cringe-worthy moments like Worm Episode inside Buu will most probably cut-out, while DBZ's most "infamous" filler fight, SSJ Goku vs Mystic Gohan / SSJ Vegeta vs SSJ3 Gotenks & Piccolo would most probably remain.

Remember how USSJ Trunks vs Perfect Cell frm DBZ (Ghosts frm Tomorrow) was complete filler, yet Kai kept it.

As much as Buu Saga's plagued with fillers, they're equally entertaining in some ways for me.

Kai still includes some filler if they feel that it adds to the story. For example the part in episode one where Goku has to rescue Gohan at the waterfall is filler, but it also gives us a quick look at Goku's family life as well as a foreshadowing of Gohan's power so Kai still included it. Something like the Goku/Pikon stuff will probably be taken out completely as that entire storyline was filler.
