Out of all the characters in the series, who stands the least chance of winning equal fight (against a random opponent)?

The fighter has to be at least saiyan arc power tier (BP greater or equal to 139)

Good question, maybe one of Freezas soldiers ? some of them seem to lack basic fighting moves.

Mr. Popo was able to hold of attacks from Goku when he first came to the lookout.
Also he kept up with Goten and Trunks, but that was probably filler haha

In "Bardock - the Father of Goku" , Freeza's soldiers basically take themselves out

Freeza soldiers would turn Popo into goo. They have confidence against BP 1,000 guys. Popo is nowhere near that level.

Out of the Z fighters, I would say Yamacha. He was skilled during his DB years, but hit seems after the defeat with the saibamen he just lost all motivation to train.
And yes we see him attempt to like when he jumps at 300x gravity, but really, it doesn't seem to work on his actual skills like Muten Roshi taught him at all.

And on the other end if the spectrum, I would give the crown to either Roshi or Goku. Roshi for his skills, but the fact he can't sky dance hurts him a little, and Goku for his durability.

Yamcha sucked even in dragon ball. His entire purpose in DB was to get mangled by one opponent after another so the audience could say "wow, this guy is tough -- he took out Yamcha!" I don't think he has had a single win since that mummy beat the crap out of him then Goku defeated him in one hit. That scene summed up Yamcha's whole career.

Objectively the worst has to be Chiatzu because he never won a fight in the whole series and never helped in any battles.

Yeah, I can see Chaozu being one of the one's who have trouble in equal combat power fights. Him or Gohan.

Don't forget, he could self destruct and against a character with the same PL I would say he would win, considering that a win is just the defeat of the opponent.

I guess a Saibaman won greatly with that even being inferior. If Chaozu needs to then he does have that magic card to play.
