When you are under the pressure, what would you do? For me, seeing the movie is a good idea.

For me it's listening to good music and drawing.

Listening to music while I'm in deep deep thought.

Another way that I relax is playing a good game or watching anime.

I don't really relax at all  I'm probably one of the most fidgety people you'll ever meet.

Listening to soothing music and stuff actually puts me on edge.

Cheesy, but a nice, long bubble bath. Perhaps more temperate water when it's hot out (great with a glass of wine or two, as well), but I don't know, there's something ... very relaxing in that.

If I have a clear schedule, I'll go for a walk. Admittedly, this hasn't happened for a while as I haven't had a clear schedule, and it's been a little too warm to do it comfortably, but yeah. Likewise, just sitting on the beach for a while, listening to music, writing, drawing, whatever. Always comfortable if I'm by the sea.

Seeing friends really helps. And ... buying new stuff ... that's awful ...
Oh, look. Another personal blog about writing. Whatever.

I am guilty sorry everyone. RIP Emile Griffith. Jeremy Kyle is a prick. go make sumin of urself

I'm not generally ever relaxed but things that *can* work-

just getting away from your source of stress (maybe going with friends or something)
Listening to some chilled hip hop, or dance music

Oh, shouldn’t have smoked that joint on the third day.”

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

Just being in the dark does it for me lol like even during the day if I shut the curtains that's me instantly able to dose off.

Which can get kind of annoying when the clouds cover the sun and I'm on the bed end up falling asleep as early as 10am...

That and going for a walk do it for me unless hayfever kicks in.

I like lying in the dark, just thinking over things and then slowly dosing off. It's quite relaxing.
