Vegeta downright told Gohan that he is pathetic, and that is coming from pre-majin Vegeta. Anyone that's below that level is even worse, If Gohan is that pathetic in his eyes power-wise, I don't want even to mention Goten then. Gohan's last recorded power, was when he was enraged, on-top the Kamehameha. Goku SSJ2 is stronger than ENRAGED/Kamehameha amplified Gohan.

It does already, there is a huge difference between MSSJ Goku Boo Saga tier and mid-tier/bottom tier CG tier. Teen Gohan is massively weaker than Kid Gohan, also Gohan and Enraged Gohan are both different things. Normal Gohan is much weaker than an enraged one, which is why Goku was addressing Gohan's rage at Dabura, if he can bring out his true power he ''could'' beat anyone. You have to detract Gohan's rage from Gohan's loss of power during the time of peace aswell, which results into a large drop of power. And SSJ2 Kid Gohan at his strongest was the last push of Kamehameha against SPC + Enraged. Goku surpassed that barrier, by Piccolo's statement. Gohan and Goten are heavily overrated, Kid Gohan and Teen Gohan are entirely different beasts now. Plus, SSJ2 Gohan's energy only filled half Boo's meter, Base suppressed Saiyan's were able to overflow the rest of the meter. Edited by Dartlard, Jul 27 2013, 04:29 PM.

When he was beating on Cell prior to the foe's self-destruction, and even when Cell came back initially, Gohan wasn't enraged in the same way he was against Raditz.
