Base Goku would get atomized, unless you think his base form, in Boo saga, got stronger than his CG MSsj form, which is obviously impossible since CG Ssj2 kid Gohan was still the reference point, in terms of power, for Boo saga Ssj2 Goku and Majin Vegeta. Vegeta said than he stronger than Gohan that's all, he didn't say by how much. Nowhere in the entire manga or even the anime is it even suggested that Vegeta or Goku can beat Gohan or even the boys when they are in SSJ.

The adults were barely stronger than Kid Gohan themselves. Piccolo says they may be stronger than Gohan was against Cell. This is when they were fighting each other as SSJ 2s.

Gohan went Ssj only in order to extract the sword, but then he used it simply in his base form. Also, the first time they used the sword, Goku and Gohan practically struggled both in the same way: Gohan using the sword Goku using the sword Base Goku is stronger than base Gohan (before training with the Z-Sword) though. No, but if you go only by what it is said during the Babidy arc, you are let to believe that base Saiyans are > Piccolo, which is false.
