I have 2 from Game of Thrones. First: I adore this scene. It has a few episodes build up to it, wondering what Tyrion is up to with the wlldfire, and of course the invasion from Stannis had been what the entire season was building towards. The panic from Davos when he realises what's going on, the way that Tyrion is horrified with what he did while Joffrey looks on in glee, the hints towards the Hound's fear of fire and of course those brilliant effects. I've watched this so many times and can't get enough. In a series with so much backstabbing, conversations with hidden meanings and political manoeuvring, it's so great to see it all fall away and for them to speak honestly and openly about their marriage and things surrounding it. Probably the best original scene from the show for sure. Also this from Scrubs gets me: Scrubs was always great when they play things straight and go for the emotional aspect. This is also the first episode where "The Gang" meet Bernadette, and Penny (wanting to understand her boyfriend Leonard's work in physics), asks Leonard's roommate Sheldon to teach her physics. Sheldon, being an arrogant genius, compares Penny's learning capacity to that of Koko the Gorilla, thus giving the episode the title "The Gorilla Experiment". Chrome	Here's one that I'd probably say is one of my favourite scenes in all Transformers continuities For one, it's a fight that doesn't involve Optimus Prime vs. Megatron. Another, this fight shows that Predaking is that powerful, and why Megatron would see him as a threat, despite Predaking swearing allegiance to Megatron.
