We can assume Freeza would have the same advantage if he had the same transformation state, would it not? Freeza takes this by simple logic.

It's the implication that because Goku doesn't note Cooler>Freeza until his transformation that makes 4th Form Freeza>4th Form Cooler. While Freeza still wins, a lot of people seemed to be accidently using that dub line where Cooler says "And he definitely had the edge..." which never appears in the original Japanese.

I was second guessing myself as I wrote it because I knew I had only seen the English dub and am unfamiliar with the original Japanese dub for movie 5.

Dialogue from Cooler in the movie has me in the habit of regarding the final form as form 4 because Cooler said he was in the 3rd transformed state. They don't consider the miniature form apart of their transformation line up. I'll edit my post.

Of course, there's no way SSJ Gogeta could be 2.5 billion. Why? If SSJ Goku is 500 million (or whatever) and SSJ2 has a 2 times muliplier and SSJ3 has a 4 times multiplier... 500 million x 8 = 4 billion. SSJ3 Goku >>> SSJ Gogeta. Consistency is for losers I guess. However, as a standalone number, it could be a lot worse. Like their number for Sauza or M8 Broly.
