 Who wins?

Note: Cell's Speed is in correspondence to his Power (increase), so no decrease in speed, for him, but an actual increase (in Speed). :)

Gohan gets stomped if his speed increases, I have Power Weighted Cell nearly SPC level.

 I actually SSj2 Adult Gohan practically dead equal with Power Weighted Cell and thus since Cell doesn't have his speed loss, I have to give the win to him.

 Edit: Instead of me trying to make **** up on the spot, here's my original numbers.

100% MSSJ Goku:586,281,000,000

SSj2 Kid Gohan: 11,725,000,000,000

Zenkai Perfect Cell: 11,061,000,000,000 (I actually probably end up closing the gap between Gohan and Cell a bit more here to be honest)

Full Powered Perfect Cell: 3,908,000,000,000

Buff Cell: 5,862,000,000,000

SSJ Adult Gohan: 586,281,000,000

SSj2 Adult Gohan:5,862,810,000,000

(I actually ended up having Gohan weaker than SSJ Goku in the Cell Games for some reason, so honestly we could change that up to at least rivaling SSJ Namek Goku and thus would put him around the level of Buff Cell.

As you can see, the gap is very damn close for me between Buff Cell and SSj2 Adult Gohan.

 I have around an 10x SSJ2 multiplier. So the difference between SSJ Kid Gohan and SSj2 Kid Gohan would indeed have to be massive by my perspective.

People were getting concerned for Gohan once Cell powered up and thus I definitely have to have the difference between SSj Kid Gohan and FP Cell much larger than say between FP Cell and SSj2 Kid Gohan. The two are just on completely different levels from the SSj Gohan and Cell that fought each other.

SSj Goku - 1
SSj Gohan - 1.45
Perfect Cell - 3
Power-Weighted Cell - 4.5
SSj2 Gohan (Boo) - 5.2
Post-Zenkai Cell - 8.6
SSj2 Gohan - 8.7

Something like that.

SPC was stronger than SSJ2 Gohan at the Kamehameha clash at cell games.
let alone Adult ssj2 gohan he would get killed with a Death beam.

to back up why SPC is way stronger than any gohan (Mystic does not count).
During the Kamehameha Struggle at Cell Games the Z-Fighter shot Cell which distracted him a little, Then Vegeta came Distracted Cell Completley and the Gohans kamehameha killed him.
