Kept you waiting huh? Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	No powers!! Just a straight up Martial Arts fight, both characters are in character. Cell is a genius but Buu is still unpredictable and untamed. Who wins?

Unpredictability means jack to a guy who can sense ki. Even if it did, Cell with the combined intelligence of some of the greatest fighters on earth, Boo's going to need some skill on top of The Drunken Boo, if he wants to win. Cell may have the better techniques, but kid Buu learns them just by seeing them one time. So he can learn at the fight Cell's moves. He also has a regeneraiton far far better then Cell's. and he has infinite stamina.

He has the combined intelligence and martial arts skills of Goku, Piccolo, Freeza, Tenshinhan, etc. as well as being a genetically modified super genius as well. Chibi Boo may be unpredictable but someone as physically and mentally gifted as Cell can predict the unpredictable, IMO. He takes this.

The only techniques used here is the very skill as fighter the two opponents have. Boo may be able to copy attacks that involve Ki manipulation, manifestation or in some form or way of using Ki. But he doesn't have the mentality to start learning the actual fighting style and martial art techniques. You even see it in the other Boo, its not until Gotenks Boo is formed that Boo actually starts getting into stances and looking as if he does know specific fighting styles instead of just running around and screaming a lot. I'm not sure if Kid Boo even knew how to block.

Kid Buu being unpredictable to someone who uses his brain in a fight, also with a extremely overconfident personality, he ould be shock to see that his intellect is being challenged by a dim-wit. And Cell wasn't that much better than Goku in terms of Martial Arts, the only ones who had any knowledge of fighting within Cell was just Goku (training under Roshi, Kami, and North Kaio) Piccolo self taught himself, Frieza was just a brawler with lots of power, and the same goes for Vegeta, though to a lesser degree than Frieza. Meanwhile, Goku was training himself constantly to improve himself and was at least able to match a surpressed Cell. The Kid Buu that fought the other SSJ3 Goku had even more experience from training with otherworld's supreme fighters throughout the cosmos. and he's one of the three greatest fighters in this world and the next. So saying Kid Buu has no type of skills is crazy.

Goku pummeled the living sh*t out of Boo as an SSJ3 and it had absolutely no effect. Cell actually has limited stamina and can be hurt. In a straight fist fight, Cell might have the upper hand at first, but he wouldn't get anywhere. Then Boo wears him down slowly.

If that isn't the case, then there's absolutely no way Boo can lose this. He's the epitome of broken, especially at equal battle powers. He literally doesn't have to throw a single punch.
