I just read your article before I made this, and I think there's some issues. Tien should be nearly on par with 100% Frieza, probably even a bit stronger, and as stated by Toriyama, he trained even post-Boo. He should be even stronger than that Goku at this point. Also you can prove that my big time skip training gains are wrong.

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Bleach	Tenshinhan gets whupped, he pretty much reached his limit during the Cell Arc, where he was weaker than Freeza. I'd put him maybe 5-10% above Boo arc, who is maybe only 20% stronger than Cell Arc.

Popcorn Posts: 9,904 Group: Elite Member Member #5,870 Joined: March 19, 2011 Gender Other Country Canada	The only problem with tien being placed so high is there are no power statments or actions That would place tien where people place him There are quotes of him getting X amounts stronger There are quotes saying hes a master and that he has a haxed move Ect..... but like i said hes missing the key component of feats/statements to place him where u have him So ultimately conjecture,.but by the quotes given and feats shown we can and have through reasonable deduction have a placement for him. The placement does change however member to member but is fairly similar and this is due to him being an ambigous amount stronger hence different placement. But saying he trained over the years and is now sooo much stronger is a bad excuse to say hes near so and so and is flawed and brings up several counter arguements such as his partner he was training ect.... I think Toriyama stated somewhere that Tien kept training post-Boo. Well, from statements in the Android arc, Tien is about 10% Frieza's power. He probably gets stronger till the Cell Games, but probably unlikely, even if he gets, it's not big. Then he trains 7 years. I think he should get up to 100% Frieza's power at most, but likely near it. And he even trained another 10 years. I'd easily put him at Goku's level.

Considering I have the Base Saiyans close to 100% Freeza and the Humans close to them (to solve the Gero thing) SSJ Goku >>> Tenshinhan (EoZ) > Base Goku
